WEEKLY CLASS:
Yoga Off the Mat
Starts Wednesday, April 1
8pm EST, live & recorded
Join our unique 8 week class to learn and practice yoga off the mat. Wear comfy clothes and plan to relax. This class explores teachings & practices of yoga without postures (asana). This series will explore chakras (energy centers). Children and pets are welcome to snuggle up with you or listen nearby while they do a quiet activity (they absorb the energy!).
6-WEEK SERIES:
Mindful Help for Anxiety, Stress & Pain, next series starts Thursday, April 23, 8pm EST
Our live & recorded Signature Series changes lives in just 6 weeks. Learn mindfulness skills to integrate into your life to reduce mental, physical and emotional pain. Ages 16 and older welcome.
WORKSHOP:
Create Your "Om" Practice Monday, May 18, 7:30pm EDT
Do you dream of creating or maintaining a mindful home practice? In this workshop we'll explore the benefits of a home practice on our brain and enhances health, mood, focus, creativity and longevity. We'll generate ideas for HOW to practice too! This workshop will help your new habits stick. New and experienced practitioners always welcome.
