Mindful New Doors Are Opening!

I'm thrilled to be part of the MOVEment in downtown Leesburg!

I've got a new local home base at an innovative new space for movement, community and connection.

MOVE Leesburg was created by visionary owner Heather Baynes. Determined to foster healthy movement and help remote workers connect with friends, Heather renovated the building into event, office and photography spaces. Rooms and office desks are available to rent, and the wide-open main floor is welcoming for workshops, movement classes and more.

Stop by the pink door at 11b South King Street when you're strolling through historic downtown Leesburg, or check out these gorgeous photos of the space. I'm usually teaching online at my home, but can now rent space at MOVE for private sessions, movement parties and corporate workshops.
